Our Machines
We develop PLC and HMI software using PROFACE, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC (Telemecanique) and OMRON platforms.
Our machine vision specialists can also support the integration of industrial vision systems, including SICK, COGNEX and BAUMER technologies.
Electrical engineering is carried out using SEE ELECTRICAL EXPERT software.
We use SolidWorks for 3D CAD and AutoCAD for 2D CAD to design our mechanical solutions.
We assemble, wire and commission our equipment in-house, including electrical cabinets, operator panels and pneumatic systems.
Our single- and two-component resin spraying and injection machines are equipped as standard with stainless-steel gear pumps driven by brushless motors with encoders, ensuring accurate, stable and repeatable flow rates.
Our in-house workshop includes press brakes, shears, punching machines and welding equipment, enabling us to manufacture all welded structures and sheet-metal components used in our machines.
Our composite injection machine range includes:
- GSS PT01 – Single-component resin spraying system. An easy-to-use entry-level machine.
PLC with a 7-inch touchscreen and a basic program storing the last five injection data sets. - GSS PT02 – GSS PT03 – Two-component polyester / epoxy resin spraying systems. The GSS PT02 is designed for polyester or vinylester resin.
The GSS PT03 is designed for two-component epoxy resin.
These easy-to-use entry-level machines are based on the GSS PT01 platform. - GSS IN01 – Single-component spraying system / predefined injection parameters. Compact machine for polyester, vinylester or epoxy resin, with an integrated operator cabinet housing the electrical and mechanical equipment. PLC with a 7-inch touchscreen and injection parameter management. Additional equipment can be fitted to suit production requirements.
- GSS IN02/COM – GSS IN03/COM – Two-component low-flow injection / infusion systems. The GSS IN02/COM is designed for polyester and vinylester resins.
The GSS IN03/COM is designed for two-component epoxy resin. Suitable for both low- and high-volume production, with a wide range of options available to configure the machine to your requirements. - GSS IN04 – GSS IN05 – Enclosed two-component low-flow injection / infusion systems. The GSS IN04 is designed for polyester and vinylester resins. The GSS IN05 is designed for two-component epoxy resin. Suitable for both low- and high-volume production, with a wide range of options available.
- GSS IN06 – GSS IN07 – Enclosed two-component medium-flow injection / infusion systems
